Governance and Ethics

The Charity is governed by elected trustees. Trustees meet three times a year and delegate some issues to a number of Committees, including finance, investment and risk management; membership and marketing; advisory and education; and research steering.

Trustees usually serve a four year term.  The Game & Wildlife Conservation Trust is a registered charity (charity number 1112023) and is a company limited by guarantee (Company number 05579632).
