A unique way to remember loved ones

Many people naturally associate legacies with death, but gifts to charity are all about life, through the healthy, vibrant and diverse natural world. Ensuring that the next generation grows up in a beautiful world and enjoys the wonders of nature, must be one of the most precious gifts.

Over time, we have had several enquiries from our members asking if we had an arrangement in place whereby loved ones and indeed special friends could be commemorated in a way they would have truly appreciated.

With the increased burden of tax and inheritance values it is comforting to realise that gifts of land or shares can only grow in importance to help develop the future of our British countryside and country pursuits. Gifts of land are especially significant.  We also recognise that your interest in our future is invaluable, and what better heritage could be left for future generations?

Our In Memoriam Scheme allows you and others to make In Memoriam donations towards our continual and much needed work of safeguarding the future of the British countryside. The Scheme works for anybody who would like to make a single donation or a series of donations in the future. Groups of friends are equally eligible.  Of course, we will make sure that the donation is fully tracked and we will inform you of how it is being used to support our work. In addition, should the donation be intended for a specific project, this can also be attributed to the memory of a loved one.
