We’re once again running our popular three-day course for part time gamekeepers at the GWCT Allerton Project in Leicestershire from 15 to 17 September.
This long established course has been running for over 40 years and covers just about all aspects of running a part time keepered shoot including:
- Rearing and releasing pheasants and partridges
- Growing game crops
- Predation control
- Woodland management
- Feeding regimes
- Game shoot economics
- Wetlands for wildfowl
- Conservation of farmland wildlife
In addition to furthering their practical knowledge, delegates will also enjoy spending time with like-minded enthusiasts, exchanging ideas and forging of new friendships. You can view full course details and book your place here.
