There was a time when you could park at the CLA Game Fair and walk through to Gunmakers Row in no time at all. Those days may be about to return with a series of new events that will fill and expand on the huge gap left by the cancellation of the old CLA Game Fair.
Like fine wines, they will all be different. However, just like the very first Game Fair organised by the GWCT Advisory service in 1958, each will be an opportunity to share our science and conservation best practice. We are grateful to the organisers who have generously found space to accommodate us.
Whilst we will not have a dedicated members’ enclosure or food on the stand at these new events, we do look forward to talking to as many old and new friends as we can. We hope we can expand as the events expand. So please do come and share your thoughts and ideas with us.
