Important GWCT courses this winter

Snaring courseOur Advisory team are running several important courses over the coming weeks at various locations across the country. There are only limited places available for each so book on quickly to secure your place.

On 2nd February and 1st March we’ll be running a joint conservation management course with BASIS (Registration) Ltd at our Allerton Project which will provide participants with a recognised professional qualification in farmland conservation. Read more and book your place >

We’ll be in Wrexham on 3rd February hosting a snaring & corvid cage trapping course where attendees will learn how to improve humanness, efficiency and success rates when employing these techniques. Read more and book your place >

Following on from the popularity of last year’s Rodenticide training days we’ll be running more dates in Sussex, Hampshire, Yorkshire, Scotland and at our Allerton Project in Leicestershire. This one-day course is important as it allows gamekeepers to go on controlling rats using professional rodenticides after a Health and Safety Executive deadline of 1st July 2016.
