Gamekeepers’ Welfare Trust celebrates 25th anniversary

The Gamekeepers’ Welfare Trust is holding a number of events throughout the country as the charity celebrates its 25th anniversary.

Mike Swan, the GWCT’s head of education is a joint founder of the Gamekeepers’ Welfare Trust which offers a range of support to gamekeepers and their families.

“Gamekeeping for Life” conference at the home of GWT Chairman The Earl of Aylesford, Packington Hall Meriden Warwickshire on Tuesday 21st March 2017

With key note speaker Lord James Percy and local estates contributing their experiences of best practice and sustainable success.

10.00 am onwards with lunch and activities thereafter.

“Gamekeeping for Life” conference at Swinton Park on Tuesday 28th March 2017

With main speaker Lord Masham & Yorkshire estates contributing their experiences of best practice and sustainable success.

10.30 am reception, activities, lunch & presentations. 

“Gamekeeping for Life” conference at Blair Athol Estates on Wednesday 12th April  2017

With opening address from Mrs Sarah Troughton, key note speaker Sir Michael Wigan Bt. and briefings from shooting estates contributing their experiences of best practice and sustainable success.

10.00 am onwards with lunch & activities thereafter.

With welcome from His Grace The Duke of Roxburghe, key note speaker Lord Dalhousie and briefings from shooting estates contributing their experiences of best practice and sustainable success.
