Please come and join us for the GWCT Summer Dinner on Thursday 6th July at the Cavalry & Guards Club.
It is going to be a fantastic evening, please see the programme of events below:
- 7.00 PM: Arrival at the Cavalry & Guards Club with welcome drinks in the Field Marshall Room and terrace
- 8.00 PM: A delicious three-course menu will be served with game meat being sponsored by Eat Wild in the Coffee Room
- 9.00 PM: Heads & Tails and Speeches (speaker to be announced)
- 10:00 PM: Our live auction will kick off with auctioneer Andrew Elliott leading the proceedings, there will be some cracking lots on offer and please contact us if you would like to pre-bid
- 10:30 PM: Raffle winners will be announced
- 10:30 PM: After dinner drinks will be served in the Field Marshall Room
- 1:00 AM: Carriages
The dress code is black tie.

The money raised on the evening through ticket sales and on-the-night activities will go directly to support the GWCT’s core funding to conduct the scientific research to help influence policy and practice.
