Win a money can’t buy three-day sporting getaway with Islay Estates for four people

GWCT Scotland has been working closely with Islay Estates for a number of years through our Advisory services, helping them implement best practice management on the estate.

They have very generously offered to support our fundraising with a fantastic opportunity for four guests to enjoy a three-day sporting experience on Islay from 17-20 September 2025.

Across the three days, the winners will enjoy:

  • Three night’s accommodation in the spacious Ceannloch House with dinner and breakfast provided at the Bridgend Hotel, which is a five-minute walk away.
  • One day guided stalking for four people with the opportunity of two stags. (Estate rifles will be available to use if required.)
  • Fishing for brown trout or salmon for four people on one of the lochs or rivers with an estate ghillie.
  • Duck flighting for four people.
  • Two ‘Bushwear bundles’ of clothing or accessories worth £250 each and a Pixfra Mile 2 thermal spotter unit worth £959.
  • A private whisky tasking experience at The Islay Whisky Vault.

Tickets are £50 and limited to 2,000. You can buy as many tickets as you like to increase your chance of winning. Under Gambling Commission rules we can only accept payment by debit card.

The draw closes on 1 August 2025 at 12pm and will be drawn on 5 August 2025. The winner will be contacted and announced within five working days.

The Game & Wildlife Conservation Trust is registered charity number 1112023 in England and Wales, and SC038868 in Scotland.

In 2023, £235,785 was raised from raffle ticket sales, with £16,560 spent on prizes, £9,978.71 spent on expenses and £209,246.29 being used to fund the work of the Game & Wildlife Conservation Trust (based on our submissions made to the Gambling Commission, during the 2023 calendar year).

How to play

Entry in the Game & Wildlife Conservation Trust Islay Estates Sporting Experience Raffle costs £50 per chance. You can enter online by purchasing your ticket(s). You can purchase as many tickets as you like. There are 2,000 tickets available, making the chance of winning 1 in 2,000. Tickets must not be sold to or by any person under 18 years of age. GWCT staff and volunteers may not enter. The raffle will close on 1 August 2025 and will be drawn on 5 August 2025.
