After a busy few days at Game Fair, GWCT is heading to the historic grounds of Blenheim Palace for BBC Countryfile Live.
At the event, which runs from Thursday August 2nd to Sunday August 5th, the GWCT will be placed, like last year, in the National Gamekeepers’ Organisation stand in the central location of D66.
Visitors will be able to learn about a number of interesting projects through display boards, a wide selection of literature, and our advisory and membership staff to answer any questions you have.
This year, GWCT’s press officer, Joel Holt, will be awarding the junior winner of the 2018 Julian Gardner Awards, Lauren Smewing, with a sculpture of a leveret and a print of her magnificent photograph which is a bee collecting pollen.
Throughout the weekend, there will be celebrities giving talks, including Ray Mears and JB Gill, dog shows, live music, equestrian displays, off-road driving experiences, a variety of eateries to enjoy and much more.
It’s open each day from 9.30am to 6.30pm apart from on Sunday, when it closes at 5.30pm.
