BASIS Course in Conservation Management (February 2015)

In recognition of the changes taking place within British agriculture, the Trust, together with BASIS (Registration) Ltd have developed a unique Conservation Management course, which will enable candidates to achieve a recognised professional qualification in farmland conservation.  Read more

Farmland Bird ID Day - Essex

Location: Meet at The Braxted Bakery, Little Braxted, Witham
Date: 5 February 2015 Time: 11:00AM to 3:00PM

Ahead of the 2015 Big Farmland Bird Count we're running 9 farmland bird identification days around the country in January and February. Each day will run from 11am to 3pm with a presentation delivered by an expert in farmland birds. Notes will be provided with a focus on birds that are harder to identify. This will be followed by lunch and then participants will be able to go out on a farm to do some bird identification.  Read more
