The Game & Wildlife Conservation Trust (GWCT) is hosting its annual North Wales dinner and auction on Thursday 10 November at Ruthin Castle Hotel.
This year GWCT's chief executive Teresa Dent will be speaking about the work of the trust and its recent involvement in the Westminster grouse enquiry regarding the debate on banning driven grouse shooting.
Through landscape scale collaboration projects, GWCT is putting more resources into Wales to help some of most fragile uplands through the submission of various bids such as the Welsh Rural Development Programme, the Heritage Lottery Fund and the Interreg programmes. Welsh trustee Nick Williams will also be talking at the dinner.
Tickets are £60 and start with reception drinks at 7.30pm with dinner at 8pm.
