Don't miss your chance to see the work being carried out to improve wild grey partridge numbers in Cranborne, which is part of the Martin Down Supercluster in Dorset, Wilts and Hants.
Grey partridge are one of several target wildlife species for the farmer clusters in the area, and we hope you too will be inspired to conserve this iconic gamebird.
Join us in Cranborne, Dorset at 1.30pm for light refreshments, followed by a trailer tour of the partridge beat from 2-4pm. GWCT and estate staff will be on hand to explain the ‘recipe’ for grey partridge conservation, with plenty of opportunities to ask questions and discuss the successes and challenges of the project.
The meeting point and directions will be sent out via email nearer the time.
The event is free to attend but early booking is strongly advised as places are limited.
