The winners of our notecard competition are announced

More than a thousand people descended on North Lodge Farm, Widmerpool, Nottinghamshire, on Saturday 2 July for a spectacular Best of British picnic concert that has raised £70,000 for charities, including the UK's leading wildlife research charity, the Game & Wildlife Conservation Trust (GWCT).

The Willoughton Estate near Gainsborough in Lincolnshire has won a prestigious conservation prize for their efforts in preserving one of Britain's most iconic birds.
