THE GWCT has teamed up with GunsOnPegs and Musto to deliver the inaugural Big Fat Country Quiz.
Set in the stunning Clothworkers’ Hall in London, quizzers can pit their wits against each other on Wednesday 13th November.
Organisations and businesses within the shooting community our invited to send teams of three to take part in what will be a light-hearted and enjoyable quiz night with questions on fieldsports, farming and countryside trivia.
Guests will be welcomed by a Pol Roger Champagne reception, followed by the quiz and food in the spectacular surroundings of The Clothworkers Hall in the City.
Organiser Joe Dimbleby, a specialist writer for GWCT, said: “This charitable initiative is supported by all the shooting organisations and is key to securing game management and its conservation benefits for future generations.
“It promises to be a great evening of fun and fundraising in aid of the GWCT's Knowledge Accredited Game Shot scheme.”
The event is the industry’s version of the widely promoted Musto Masters’ of Game competition for the public and is kindly sponsored by Musto and GunsOnPegs.
“Knowledge is vital to the future of shooting and what better way to celebrate it, and the fabulous of the GWCT with ‘The Knowledge’, than some light-hearted fun with mates one evening,” said GunsOnPegs managing director Chris Horne.
“I’m just gutted that, having set the questions, I can’t take part!”
The quiz starts at 6.30pm and will run until approximately 11.30pm.
Tickets for a team of three cost £360, which can be bought here
